Bat Brau is excellent! My mom can't get enough of the butter pecan. We always have a great time there. The place is nice and clean too.

I advise you not to trust this branch, as they mishandled my card. I left the restaurant, and within just half an hour, someone had stolen my card and used it at this location. It seems that the thief took advantage of my card almost immediately after my departure. My experience raises serious concerns about the integrity of the staff. I recommend that the management carefully select their employees and ensure they are honest.

I was very disappointed to see a woman in the restaurant with her dog. I find it unacceptable to have animals in dining establishments, especially since many people have allergies. This dog didn't appear to be a service animal, and the staff allowed it anyway. I won't be going back.

I would like to give a special thanks to the young lady who worked alone in Oberweis. She used to work her pace very well on her own and she realized that I waited to place my order with a smile and an apology for the extended waiting period. She actually deserves a raise. Well, like for the ice, my daughter had a coffee ice cream with caramel topping. She said it was Amazing! I didn't order anything else, but my previous experiences were always great! I use to order chocolate milk from the gallon and the lemonade was also delicious. Are you trying?

Decoration is beautiful. My niece's fav ice cream place. Lava cake is a must try.Staffs are friendly.
