Portillo's Hot Dogs - Naperville

Missed 2 orders of fries on a recent purchase. Employees yelling at each other behind the counter over other orders that had not been correct.. Overall worst experience at a Portillo's.

It's always amazing. Highly recommended. My keto wife can always find good eats here (she carries low carb tortillas around with her). Even my picky daughter loves their bacon cheeseburger and fries! Also, cake shake period. Fortunately, we live 5 hrs away, or we'd go broke eating here every week!

Food is always awesome but when they're busy they have the guy that can barely speak English the one yelling out names for when the orders are ready It's already loud in there it'd be nice to have someone that can speak clearer English communicating with the customers that would make sense to me

My brother was in from florida today and we had a sibling’s meet up for lunch at your location. We had a pretty big group of 10 was looking for a table , then your hostess lady Petra saw me as I was looking and asked how many …. She must have known we were looking I said 10 and she showed us a perfect spot for my family and was so kind . She even checked on us and chit chatting with us and brought my nieces and nephew cool hats . We asked if she would take a picture and she said absolutely. This amazing customer service is so hard to find these days and she left such a great impression on my whole family with her kind heart and going that extra mile to make our experience special. She is the reason we will definitely be back . What an asset to this location! Thank you

It was OK. The portillos in Dallas tx tastes better . Why ? No clue !!
