Taco Bell - Naperville

On September 23, 2022, at 8:00 PM, my partner waited in the drive-thru for an hour, as if the staff had just stopped working. He was finally let go without placing an order after three cars abandoned the line and passed him. It was a terrible experience. I tried calling, but no one answered. This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I've encountered.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Even though they were a bit short-staffed, they welcomed me in and took my order quickly. My food arrived promptly and was hot and delicious. The staff were friendly and ensured I was happy with my meal. I give two big thumbs up to the entire team here, and I will definitely return because of their outstanding service and perfectly crafted menu items!

Whatever crew members work tonight (8/2022) @7:40pm need an increase! fast, friendly and I am 62% sure that I will not get dizzyed as I do in the rule of other taco bells. also the lobby and the bathroom were clean. 2 thumbs up

I ordered the chalupa, but the tortilla felt undercooked and cold. I understand it was busy, but when I pay for a meal, I expect it to be properly prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Whatever crew members were working tonight (8/8/2022) @7:40pm need a raise! Fast, friendly and I'm 62% sure I'm not gonna get diarrhea like i usually do from other taco bells. Lobby and bathrooms were clean as well. 2 thumbs up
