I was often in noodle saigon and had a delicious vegan dinner each time. they will replace soy sauce instead of fish sauce, where possible. they use a numbering system that is referenced on the menu when ordering. some of the offers I especially enjoy: a2 tofu roll appetizer; d24 tofu flat rice noodle; and s19 curry tofu noodle salad bowl. the salad bowl is my whole time favorite, but all I had here is delicious.

This is my goo for comfort food. huge bowl hot seasoned vegetable broth pho heart soup with all garnishes. huge selection of vegetables and tofu, if desired. fresh spring rolls with tofu to begin, then pho and I with a happy full booze!

I stopped for the veg. Pho and it's amazing. Great part and tons of fresh vegetables. The service was also amazing! #Veganuary
