Arrived and the hostess sat us and waited a long time for drinks and there was barely any tables. I ordered the Trio and when I got it I took a bite and it was very cold. The manager came over and I told him the lasagna was cold. He looked at me like I was lying. I said stick your finger in it and see. They replaced it and my chicken parm was as hard as a hockey puk. There food has gone down hill. Very disappointed.

EDIT: Tried again, and they made huge changes here. Food was fresh and came quick, and the service was amazing.This place used to be amazing. Now not so much. Food is still very tasty, but service… what service???Here for lunch and server disappears most of the time. Saw him once for the orders and flagged him down for a drink refill before orders were brought out by the manager.Order was even wrong, but manager took it back and corrected, which took more time.Server even took forever even to come get payment.All in all, this place is seriously in need of better management and staff.

We had a wonderful server, 'Dilan L. ' . He was extremely attentive and pleasant. He went out of his way to please us. We will ask for him whenever we dine at Carrabbas.
