Feedback gevenI am not a fan of Domino's spicy sauce. Before placing my order, I called and confirmed with an employee that the robust sauce wasn't spicy. They assured me it wasn't. So, I went ahead and ordered a pizza online with the robust sauce, believing it would be safe. When the pizza arrived, it turned out to be spicy, which was exactly what I wanted to avoid. The pizza was unpleasant; it had a very thin crust, and all I could taste was the overwhelming heat. I won't be ordering from there again.
The pizza delivery was cold and my salad was missing. After numerous phone calls and long waits on hold, I finally reached someone to report the missing salad. I was assured that it would be removed from my bill. However, the next day I was charged the full amount. I will not be ordering from this store again.
The second time, I tracked my delivery on the app and saw the driver making multiple stops all over town, while my delivery time continued to get pushed back. I called the restaurant and got an unsympathetic employee who simply said they were busy. I questioned why my food wasn’t being delivered in the order the tracker provided and why my delivery time kept extending. He seemed frustrated and told me to call back if there were any issues when the food finally arrived. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for my order. On the third try, the tracker indicated that my order had been delivered, but it hadn’t actually arrived, and it was already 15 minutes past the expected time. When I called the restaurant again, I was met with another indifferent staff member who explained that they accidentally marked the delivery as complete while the driver was still on the way. When I inquired about an estimated time of arrival, they couldn’t provide one and mentioned they weren’t tracking the drivers. There was no offer to reach out to the driver for an update. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned how I always tip well in hopes of showing appreciation, the response was simply that this is how things are when they’re busy. When I said "ok, thanks," the person replied with a casual "yup" and hung up. I understand that working in food delivery can be tough and thankless, which is why I tip generously. However, I cannot tolerate rudeness and poor service any longer.
I ordered on January 30 and received my order and everything was fine. By feb 1 I received an email confirmation from domino?s about an order charged to my card, it was for the same amount from the order of January 30. I called to get a refund and still haven?t received it and never got a call from the general manager. Do not order from this location they are purposely charging your card if you do not tip them and they will act like they are giving you a refund but they are not.
Awesome coupons. Food was great! Kenneth delivered my order, and he was excellent! I?ve never had a delivery driver read back my order to make sure it was correct. I really appreciated it! He was prompt and friendly. Great experience!
