Dunkin' - Naples

One of the few that get my coffee right every time!!

Came by the drive thru coffe was served cold. I also didn't like that the guy took my card somewhere I could not see to charge me.

The selection during the weekdays is great! The staff is also fast and efficient. The weekend doesn't seem to have as many options,come 11am. The young kids working at that time are also extremely rude and dismissive. The owner/manager needs to address this. Totally unacceptable.

This is the only location [in Naples] that I know of that does NOT make their donuts from frozen batches! You can definitely taste the difference, the donuts are delicious and have a more fresh and flavorful taste! I cannot speak on the coffee as I am hooked on the Bucks of Star but again, donuts are delicious. They seem to have a good selection as well, great location with wonderful employees!

I've been to Dunkin' Donuts for many years (I'm from Boston) and I've found this store to be the best, most friendly, cleanest, well-organized I've been in. The manager Patricia Carvalho and her team do a superb job. Highly recommend this stop.
