Five Guys - Naples

Ordered Five Guys delivery through Active Menus, and they were fast with no errors. That’s a first for food delivery for us!

Went in to pick up a mobile order, which they keep away from the counter. I tell the guy doing the fries and handing out food my name to which he shrugs off like it’s not ready yet, which is fine perhaps I arrived early. I do see two bags of food that are sitting where the to go orders are. After standing there ten minutes another staff asked who I was waiting for and I tell her my name. She looks at the guy who should be handing me the food to which he just acts like it’s not ready yet….. after waiting another ten minutes or longer, watching everyone else get served I finally get annoyed and ask how much longer it’s gonna be for my food. The guy finally grabs one of the bags that was sitting ready to go the entire time. So I essentially was forced to wait and watch my food get cold for no reason. I will probably drive an extra few minutes for Culver’s next time. Not worth 13 bucks for a burger here.

Same as any other five guys. If you like smash burger type burger, they are good. Can't beat a good burger you cook on grill at home but it's fast and easy. And best fries! Come here regularly to keep kids happy.

I would just like to say I've been here many times over the two years here in naples. But today was by far the best. The fries there in the past have been a literally. they were soggy and so greasy I never finished the fries there. But today they were crunchy thanks to Monique and her other employees.
