It would be better for both patrons and the restaurant to simply add a small amount to the prices of the entrees instead of tacking on a fee that exceeds the actual costs. Because of this charge, I found myself reducing my tip from 20% to 16%. As a result, I’ve become less loyal and may think twice before returning.

The food was decent, but I prefer IquanaMia. When we got the bill, there was a 4% fee for using a credit card, which was unexpected. Why don't they inform customers about this in advance? The waiter mentioned that they don’t charge anyone extra, so I suggested they might want to consider it. His response was a flat "no."

My partner and I had dinner last night, and I ordered two seafood enchiladas with light spices. Unfortunately, they were so spicy that I couldn't eat them. I found a total of seven tiny shrimp in the dish, and the rest of the filling consisted mainly of large, gray chunks of some generic fish. There was no guacamole or sour cream included, which would have been an extra charge. To top it all off, there was a 4% fee on the bill for using a credit card!

The #7 beef and beef taco lunch combo was excellent. Very clean.

The food isn't all that special. It's a fun place. But the flavor is nothing that leaves your mouth watering. It's just volume of food. Amd they will charge you a credit card fee. That's a deal breaker for me. Paying fees for credit usage is a simple business expense. When restaurants pass that on to guests, it's totally unethical. I won't ever return there simply for that reason alone. You drop my check and I see a price. My card gets run and another price on the bill comes back. I don't care if you post this charge on your menu, your entrance door, in the restroom, people use plastic. What's next, guests have to lease the eating utensils? Pay some of the electric bill? Screw you!
