Mel's Diner - Naples

We're back in Naples and plan to enjoy most of our breakfasts and a few dinners at Mel's Diner. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone is incredibly friendly.

After enjoying a sunset at Naples Beach, Mel's is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat. The decor, reminiscent of the Elvis and Marilyn Monroe era, features numerous vintage vehicle license plates from different states, including a Florida T-Bird, adorning the walls. The fried grouper sandwiches are delicious, as are the burgers. Mel's is also famous for its Mile High Pies, available in banana, chocolate, and coconut flavors, as well as what it claims to be the "world's smallest chocolate sundae" for just $1.49. The service is friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The dishes are outstanding, and the desserts are absolutely delicious!

Mel's has a nice select for everyone. The Greek salad is great. The veggie burger is good. The regular cheeseburgers are good too. The atmosphere is 50's. Save room...they have delicious mile-high pie!

Love Mel is either Bonita (my Fave) or Naples (Hubbys Fave). The staff is fantastic super beautiful always johnny on site. Food is consistently good. Warmly freshly saved; made to order. Best brown engraving next to Mamas. The little cookies are delicious. The cream of chicken soup is the best. Enjoy taking our mom to Mother's Day. You have the BEST **** Mary in Naples/Bonita.
