Nana's Diner Naples

There is and apparently has for some time an RIP OFF on account at Nana?s Diner at Golden Gate Parkway. I was a 17-year-old customer through 2 locations and for some reason I saw my bill today. I ordered a burger and ordered French pommes, which after the menu is one of several elements when selected, comes with the burger. For some reason, I looked at my bill today. On the bill, swim in the right column, unloaded or associated with something on the listing of the order was a fee of $1.00, and lower, unloaded on everything was a .40 cent fee. I was thinking about it. I was told that the $1,00 were for the Pommes, unlike what is stated on the menu. The 40 cent fees, I was told, was in case I used a credit card. I never do. Like most people, I just look at the sum and pay with a tip, in my case, in cash. So how long have I and other sandwich lunch orders been calculated in this way in contrast to the menu and without disclosure? I won't and probably not back to Nana?s. The food is good, the servers are great, the clientele locally and loyal. From my point of view, the consumer fraud, only in a few figures, is aimed at us small people.

I was craving southern style brunch one day and my BF told me about Nana's Diner, he ordered his favorite dish The Krista and I'm hooked! I've ordered it every Sunday! It's a homemade biscuit with sausage gravy homemade breakfast potatoes and an egg on top (I ordered a side of sausage with my meal) it is absolutely delicious ??

Parents go here a lot. They are winter birds lol, but I come visit them time to time and I always enjoy the food and staff here! Omelets are amazing and so are the pancakes!

Excellent food and great customer service! Traveled to Naples during the Memorial Day Weekend and stopped by for breakfast. Judy took care of my to-go order and was Super Nice! I had the Spanish omelette, potato cake (suggested by Judy) and the cheese grits which came out Super fast!!. I would definitely return for breakfast when visiting in the future!

The service was fantastic..... ????? The food was awesome... ????? The waitresses were great... ????? Order accuracy... ????? Food presentation...???? The waitresses were nice to my children... We were a little skeptical about going in because the whole place was Caucasian clients and workers. The only dark skin in the place was myself and 7 children... But the service was good. They treat us with respect and that makes me feel good and worth 5 star review... I'll see you guys soon!
