Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I had ice cream at 7:30 pm on April 14th. I am in an interracial relationship and was asked if we were together or separate. This question was asked after he entered the store with me and was asked if he knew what he wanted before we reached the cash register. I am writing this review to highlight the manager's lack of attentiveness, because right after our order, another interracial couple arrived and were not asked the same question. I believe this question should never be asked, as it should be up to the customers to let the staff know if they will be paying separately. As other reviews have mentioned, this establishment may need to implement new standards for their staff. Just to clarify, it was not the larger woman with a cap on backwards and tattoos, it was the skinnier person who seemed unapproachable and unfriendly.

Disappointed! I've been to other Rita's locations and they only had two custard flavors; chocolate and vanilla. This location had about 10 different hand scooped Frozen custards so I decided to try two of the flavors. I was very disappointed as I don't think these were real custard, they were nothing but tiny ice chunks. On top of that it wasn't your typical waffle cone either, it was a lighter brown waffle cone that didn't taste nearly as good.

Phiyo and Mariah were incredibly welcoming and friendly! We stumbled upon this hidden gem after a relaxing beach walk. The atmosphere was cozy and spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Thank you!

On March 25th, 2022, we purchased two small ice cream dishes at the restaurant. They were surprisingly small in size and cost over $9.00 each. We were disappointed to find that they did not have the classic vanilla chocolate twist flavor, so I settled for chocolate cucumber. The portion size was so small that I regretted not taking a photo to show how little ice cream was in my husband's dish. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

The workers were super friendly! good custard too. in any case they want to go back to this place.
