The Local - Naples

We had an amazing dining experience today at The Local Restaurant and highly recommend it! The service was excellent, and we enjoyed a wonderful selection of local craft beers along with an extensive wine list. The standout aspect of our meal was definitely the food. We started with the Ahi Tuna, which was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat, as well as the house-made ricotta caprese, featuring fantastic, fresh, and flavorful tomatoes. For our main courses, we had the mushroom risotto, which was bursting with flavor and packed with mushrooms, and the braised lamb stroganoff, which had a rich meat sauce paired with wonderful fresh pasta and crispy breadcrumbs that added great texture and taste. The food was exceptional, and we would happily return tomorrow. Five stars!

During my work trip to town, I dined at a local restaurant. Instead of ordering the traditional duck dish, I opted for the tasting menu to sample a variety of items. I began with the Olive Appetizer, which was generously filled with a wide assortment of olives. For my main course, I enjoyed the roasted Brussels sprouts along with the local Au Gratin hash. I highly recommend both – a solid 10/10! To finish off my meal, I had the gluten-free chocolate cake, beautifully paired with a glass of Pinot Noir. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was just right. I will definitely be returning!

The menu is impressive, featuring excellent cuisine with a creative twist on traditional dishes. The service is good, though it may not quite match the high standard of the food.

The restaurant is a perfect place, from large staff to delicious food. I went back with a party of eight today. We sat immediately and the service was excellent. The menu has so many great options. We had the local spicy watermelon salad, a few carnivore pizzas, a local garden veggie pizza, a house smoked turkey sandwich and a spicy butter milk roasted chicken sandwich. No images to post because we immediately dive into so good! Very recommended.

All around great experience. The server was really good and knew the menu well. The food had flavor in every bit. It's really cool to see a restaurant choosing local sourced food and pairing it so well together. I also love the creativeness of the dishes. We will be coming back for sure.
