Well they need to rev up both those tools to get their hot foods section of the store up to steam like in Fort Myers Whole food. I went into the Naples store to pick up dinner a couple of weeks back and noticed how poorly the food looked. The food had dried out or changed colors and looked totally unappetizing. I spoke to a team leader about the quality that Whole Foods demands. The person agreed with me that some of the food looked a bit under the weather and that they would work on it. Well sad to say I went back last week and the food still looked sad and unappetizing. I have been to Whole Foods in several states and this Naples unit needs some work. A simple solution is to have rotating teams members inspect the food trays for cleanliness, eye appeal and freshness every 1/2 hours or have the tram leader model good food practices for tram members. There is no need for my type of complaint if management and staff were diligent enough.
Thank you for requesting employees and customers wear their masks! Employees are nice and customers adhering to CDC protocols are extremely important due to Covid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR YOUR GROCERY NEEDS!
Whole Foods does not disappoint, as usual. High prices but great selection of good on average higher quality foods. Market Bar is an easy place to grab a tasty and healthy lunch. Plenty of inviting tables. We also recommend their bakery. Good cakes and desserts.
Great store and friendly workers. Delicious premade hamEgg and cheese muffins in the am!
My compliments to Whole Foods as their vegan selection keeps increasing and it's great quality, great tasting food. I just found out today the TTLA Sandwich is the best seller at this location. NOT SURE WHY IS NOT SHOWN IN THE MENU AT THE DELI. YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT
