Like every Saturday night, my girlfriend and I are discovering new pizzerias and new dough to try, last night we were in this local in Scisciano, very small, and it was a real discovery. We ordered several pizzas, all exquisite . Lievitation 40 now with an alpha hydration, in fact The dough was very light ... we took a daisy, one with velvety of zucchini grana and bresaola, a velvety of zucca aubergines and hazelnuts, a sausage and potato and a bow . All 5 excellent... you could taste every single product that was on the pizza. We ordered takeaway pizzas. the wait was long due to the many orders before our but, once at home, we enjoyed with pleasure and much appreciated our pizzas. We believe that in this area the pizzeria Gustami is really the top of the competition. sin that it is not possible to consume on site, this would add interest.
