My mozzarella with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, anchovy was in itself a meal; my calfspolpette with plums was delicious. Beautiful service, delicious wine, in a great location.
We just had a panini after the museum but we really liked this restaurant. Very peculiar deco (our table was made out of a garden cart of some kind, it had a wheel underneath it). The paninis were very tasty and pretty big. The service promt and good, the waitress very polite.
I’m forced to leave 1 star although it deserves 0. Never been in the a worst restaurant in my life to the extent that I am writing this review while still in the the restaurant.. Worst waitress I’ve ever met who literally scolded and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if my dish contained meat (I’m vegetarian). Slow (and bad) service, dishes were bland, not to mention super small portions for a not so small price (14-20€ per dish). Try asking for the dessert menu and be prepared to be ignored. I don’t usually leave reviews but this one really deserved one (a bad one).
We ate here for our main entree as part of a food walking tour. My husband and I both had the octopus which was a bit overcooked and I'm not really a huge fan of octopus in the first place, but this is what they wanted to showcase. My son loved what he had which I believe was some sort of chicken and potatoes from the picture. We enjoyed it and would go back again. It wasn't totally spectacular though. So if your looking for mind blowing, this isn't it. I think it would definitely be a good lunch choice though for something different and interesting. We ate inside as it was super hot out. The patio looked like a cute place.
A great restaurant in Napoli, serves Napolitano food, but a rare opportunity to enjoy the food with a modern, creative, inspiring and convincing interpretation. A real experience that deviates from traditional dishes. Service was helpful and friendly, ambience was welcoming. I would recommend tasting local beers, they are excellent.
