Scugnizzi Trattoria Vomero - Napoli

We enjoyed a pleasant Sunday lunch here. The dining room is comfortable, food tasty, and clientele diverse (locals and tourists). The staff is friendly and accommodating. At one point, our waiter broke into song which, at first seemed too theatrical, but when several tables joined in, we realized it was rather authentic...such is the nature of Napoli...real-life theatre. Note of concern...we were not presented with a menu, but rather left in the hands of our waiter (not given an option) and thus served too much food. Some may be put off by this.

My boyfriend and I showed up around 3pm on a Sunday and the owner of this resturant was very accommodating by waiting for us and serving us past his closing time. We tried to call many resturants and all were closed. Our main goal was to find a Napoli pizza and although the owner didn't have any on Sunday he made sure we were fed well!

Ate here twice during our trip. A friendly traditional restaurant. enjoyed the pizza so much we went back for more.

Ottima qualità prezzo, tradizione rispettata in pieno. Servizio ottimo per una trattoria.
