Vecchia Napoli

This is a great place to eat (in or take away from the counter outside). Family run (at least three generations seemed to be working there when we went) and the service is friendly. We tried pizzas and the fried seafood. Both were excellent. Customers, were a nice mix of locals and tourists (the restaurant is just opposite one of the funicular stations).

Il personale è stato cortese, mi ha trattato con amore come se fossi parte della famiglia. Ero in vacanza a Napoli e ho apprezzato molto il cibo, in particolare la pizza calda e deliziosa. Quando tornerò, sicuramente farò tappa qui di nuovo. Ragazzi, se state leggendo questa recensione, vi ringrazio per tutto.

Just simply stunning pizza seafood pizza especially good. Tables outside in this gorgeously busy, vibrant, safe area. Molto Grazie.

I pounded the streets of within a mile radius of where I was staying to find an authentic family run pizzeria and stumbled upon Vecchia. Lovely warm welcome, fantastic range of pizzas and no nonsense interior with simple décor. The pizza was superb and excellent local house wine. Would highly recommend!
