Pizza Hut - Naranja

Service rate on a scale 1-10 0, at least acknowledge I was standing there waiting for my order, I'm a paying customer, not a stranger

Horrible place to order from took 2 hours to receive my pizza went it came it was awful i called the store many times and they never picked up the call. Delivery driver came with no mask and no gloves.

Two and half hours and still waiting on my order. When call, the lady said ?wait on the driver, he has another order? not satisfied at all

Placed a order at 11pm driver never showed up. Or gave me a call. Staff very unprofessional

It's 11:16pm they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know about the order a guy answered and put me on hold. So while on hold I came back to the location and see the two guys standing by the phone leaving me on hold. The two men seen me at the window and walked away. I was standing outside there window calling for the guy to come back and he didn't return. I'm knocking at the window, I even called there phone again so he can walk by the window to see me standing there, he never answered the phone. Another customer came for there order and also had to knock on the window several time to get this guy attention. Finally when he did come to the window his customer service was horrible. He didn't apologize for leaving me at the window and didn't have a good tone with me. I'm sorry but they really need to find someone who care for there job.
