Oceans Narrabeen

I ordered takeaway; the coffee (small cappuccino was so bad it went in the bin. The toast for my toddler came as pictured; paid $9:50. I acknowledge the plain croissant was delicious. When I questioned the decision to sell ‘make your own’ toast at the takeaway window (how is anyone supposed to butter bread when there are no tables, you’ve got kids, bags, a pram, a dog… , the response I got was “I gave you a knife”. So unless you really crave a croissant. Go *anywhere* else.

A few days on and we are still talking about how much we enjoyed our meal at Oceans. From the delicious Margarita that really hit the spot through to the buffalo wings, pulled pork tacos, ribs and squid it was hard to pick a winner. Our son thoroughly enjoyed his steak and chips from the kids menu and we all commented that the chips (also accompanying the ribs were so fresh and delicious. The service from the young male waiter (possibly floor manager? was the best we’ve received in ages! Our only complaint is that we probably slightly over ordered and then didn’t have room for dessert. Keep up the great work and we look forward to returning very soon.

Been coming here for several years and the quality is consistently great. Service is always super friendly and fast! Highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Been meaning to go here for a long time and disappointed we didn’t go earlier! Food and drink was excellent and ample! Staff were capable and friendly at times seemed to be busy behind the bar. Which as the only criticism that they are not “byo” but i didn’t think the prices were excessive! Will do the ribs again but cut down on shared plates ..

Had breakfast with Beloved and Junior. I had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and without spinach. Beloved had waffles which came with mascarpone. Junior had pancakes with Nutella and fruit. All meals were superb, really tasty and well presented. Those ricotta pancakes were among the best I have ever eaten absolutely gorgeous. Looking forward to our next visit!
