I just had dinner with my family, and it was fantastic! The owner has really put a lot of thought into this place. Every course was delicious, and the drink pairings were excellent. The staff took the time to describe each dish and beverage before serving them. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere is lovely. The pool tables added an extra element of fun. I would highly recommend it for a game night or just a nice evening out. The location is great too! I can't praise it enough.

I visited this restaurant for the vegan menu and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The menu offers a wide variety of options that cater to both meat lovers and vegans. Our server was fantastic—friendly and professional, making our experience even better. The crowd around the billiard table was lively but the owner managed it really well. The cocktails were excellent and the food was outstanding! I highly recommend checking this place out to help keep it thriving. I really hope they stick around!

I traveled all the way from Plymouth, MA, and I was truly impressed by the farm-to-table concept. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. To make our family experience even better, the chef came out of the kitchen and asked my 4-year-old daughter if she would like a brownie s'mores, which she, of course, was thrilled to have! Another highlight of our visit was watching our food being prepared. This restaurant definitely deserves more than 5 stars. We will be back soon!

Had a great time to prove last night! Very happy to have this new bar restaurant on the maritime square. The staff was very accommodating to put us right away. The service was great, one of the owners (mark) and our waitress was more than happy to answer our questions and explain the restaurant concept menu to us. Although it is a small plate restaurant, we have divided between us 2 small plates and it has filled us. You can say that all food is very fresh locally produced and the flavors well mixed together! Look forward to going back and try some other dishes and play some pool or shuffle board.

Spent the afternoon at Proof yesterday. What an absolutely amazing experience!! The bartender made some Delicious, yet original cocktails that were to die for! The chef was unbelievable!! We tried 5-6 different dishes that were out of this world! It is a must that you visit, you will not be disappointed. The owners also did a fantastic job remodeling and going for the prohibition themed bar/restaurant! You knocked it out of the park!
