創業50年以上の老舗ということで年配の方がやられているのかと思っていたら、若い人達が手際良く元気に働いているお店だった。 お好み焼きとラーメンどっちも注文するのが通らしいのでそうした。 三八焼きをかき混ぜて鉄板に乗せた頃に、支那そば到着。スープを一口すするとコーンポタージュの様なマイルド感があり、びっくりして細い目を見開いた。こんなスープは初めてだ。 肉は極薄スライス。麺は細麺ストレートでスープが良く絡む。美味い。 ラーメン食べ終わる頃にお好み焼き完成。 三八焼きはマヨネーズなしでいただいた。マヨ別売りに気付かなかった。ハフハフしながら頂く。安くて美味い。豆まで入ってるのが徳島らしい。いい晩飯だった。 駐車場は店の横に小型軽四用が、50m程奥に中型まで駐めれるのがある。 徳島観光にはもってこいのお店だと思います。 ご馳走様でした。
