Service is without the smile, small crew and nobody seems to want to be here

Normally not good practice to tell the customer they’re wrong. They messed up my order, I told them they did, and they responded by saying they made it right. Food was mid at best. Probably won’t be back.

Blaze used to be good, but staff is slow and unmotivated. Been going down hill for a long time. All the toppings are just dumped in the middle. Ordered my kids a cheese pizza and they barely sprinkled cheese on it.

Food was fine, good for the cost. Nothing fantastic. The customer service is what killed it for me. None of the workers bother greet you or ask if you've been in before. They don't even bother look in your direction really. Made ordering pretty awkward. Had to ask for two water cups even though there where two of us. Overall workers seemed very surly and annoyed that I even came in to order anything. Not really sure why I tipped, they sure didn't do anything to deserve it.

I ordered a build your own through doordash and there seemed to be some confusion because I received a lot of extra toppings that weren’t mine. Being diet specific I had gone up to see what could be done and the people that work there were so sweet and understanding! They remade it and gave me a coupon for a free one next time. Apologizing and offering a friendly atmosphere the whole time. I’ll be coming here again and again with friends! 2/19/24 around 7pm
