In my opinion the food quality had dropped over the years . Burgers used to be thick and juicy! Now it's more like a dry charbroiled hockey puck. Frys are still in my top 5. If I return, I'm definitely dropping the burger in the trash next time.

If I could give a 0 star I would have. This store 250 on 100 university drive in Fort Worth is the worst location I have ever been. I like Braums but this will never come to this one again and will not recommend wasting ur money on this location.So it was on my lunch break wanted to get me something to eat because I couldn 't bring lunch. I went to the drive-through to order. I got to the window waited for my food. This young lady at the window handed my order was asking me if I got my drink, I was like I 'm sitting here waiting for you and asking me if I got my drink? You suppose to be given me my drink. So I drove back to work only to find out she gave me a coke instead of sweet tea that I ordered.I had to drive back and go inside to get my order fixed. The older lady at the front just handed me a cup and hear, the drinks are out there as if I was dining in. Never apologize for the mistake or nothing. What got me really upset was when I Got back to work again to find out there was no silver, condiments or a napkin in the box and the sweet tie wasn 't even sweet. so I called and ask to talk to the manager. All the manager could say was I 'm sorry I 'll talk to them . I was like is that all you could say? I want a refund because I poured my tea away and couldn 't eat my burger because it tasted like old made burgers sitting for days. No tast at all. And she was well, if you want a refund you got to come back to the store to process a refund I told her I 'm on my lunch break and have already been there twice and I have to come back there again? I can 't I have the order all you have to do is to refund my money back to the card. She told they only do refunds in person so I have to come back to the store. I had to hang up on her because I didn 't want to go off on her and also had to go back to work.

I would leave no stars but me and my wife came in this location and my wife ordered her ice cream and I was behind her but the employee chose to take another employee order and just looked at me like I was in her way so therefore the employee which didn’t even pay for her food got her order first. Worst experience ever

Got to take my best friends daughter here, it was her first time! She was amazed!
