Feedback gevenI order 3 Tex plain and the cashier Ainsley over charged me by charging me 90 cent for cheese( comes on the taco) and 99 cent for taco meat. I did not ask for extra nothing I asked to remove ingredients and she charged me an extra $1.89 and claim it’s because I asked for my tacos different. She lied and said she couldn’t ring the order up plain but it’s on the receipt stating plain. I will be contacting corporate and filing a lawsuit for over charging customers. Dairy Queen can thank AINSLEY for that.
My husband likes to get a cup of ice cream layered with dip chocolate. (Literally a cup with IC/choc/IC/choc, etc) It is a huge deal everytime we order. Its very simple but they are so confused by the request.
My order was wrong and the soda machine was out of syrup so all the drinks tasted nasty. When I finally got the correct food it was cold ordered 2 cones waited almost 20 minutes poor girl behind the counter gave me the wrong ice cream even though there was only 2 tables in the lobby. Staff was using foul language and being on their phone. I used to love this location but it's gone down hill in service
Very disappointed in this location. Neither the food nor the speed and quality of service are up to the normal Dairy Queen par. I went through the drive thru at exactly 1pm today with only 1 car in front of me. Order an one adult burger combo and one kids chicken tender meal. Pulled up to the window and paid at 1:04pm. At this time, I was asked to pull forward because they were still waiting on the two chicken tenders for the kids' meal. I pull around and wait another TEN minutes. I then have to walk inside to find out how much longer two single chicken tenders would take to cook. I have to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to walk by to address my missing order. It was the same girl from the drive-thru. I ask how much longer and also inform her that if it was much longer OR my food comes out and it is not hot, I would just like a refund. She goes to the back and returns almost immediately with my food. I open it to check the temperature of the food. The first and only thing I needed to check was the onion ring order I had, which costs extra. These were, at best, tepid. I informed her, and she rebuts that they JUST came out of the fryer. I let her know I have many years in the food industry, and either they were not just made OR she has cold oil in the fryers. I asked for a refund, which was given. I leave at 1:20 with nothing. COMPLETE waste of time. Someone needs to come and fix this mess of DQ operations. I immediately crossed the street to Chicken Express. Order place at 1:25. I both paid for and received my food at 1:28....and it was HOT! Three minutes from order time to driving off. Do better, Dairy Queen!
So two weeks in a row we have gone to dairy Queen and I have ordered the chocolate dipped cone. Much to my surprise it's not even a full cone nor is it fully dipped. We then ordered a turtle Sunday with chocolate ice cream and got chocolate ice cream dipped in chocolate in a dish. When we told the kid at the drive-thru that it was wrong he said it was fine and that's exactly how we ordered it. Do not and I mean do not eat at this place. Oh and yes this is the one on Beach street right across from Tangs. Now that is a place worth eating at. Their ice cream and cheese cake is amazing.
