Dunkin'

The donuts at this place are incredibly fresh, but the management and customer service are terrible. The drinks never taste as flavorful as others have mentioned in their reviews. This place is a disaster and something needs to be done to improve it.

I used to visit this restaurant occasionally and the service was usually satisfactory, but this time it was quite poor. I ordered a Medium Mocha Iced Latte with light ice and found that it was not filled to the top. When I asked for it to be filled up completely, I was told by a male employee, in a blunt and somewhat rude manner, that it would cost extra. It would have been better if they had explained politely why they couldn't fill it completely, even though it seems like a petty issue. The employee also seemed unhappy and gave me a displeased look when I requested a full cup. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store as there are better doughnut and coffee shops nearby.
