Food truck off Rosedale and main. Recipes from the Hedary family that runs this, formerly with restaurants in FW, LV and others. I have long liked their flavors. Some of the usual Mediterranean items you chose bowl, gyro, or salad style. Cooked as you have ordered, but not long to have grilled. Choose your sauce and contents. Gyro, lamb, chick peas, hummus, baba ganouj or a couple others. No table in the parking, but can eat in the car. They need more business than it seems from people driving by that haven't tried this place yet.
