Drove from Denton TEXAS (a hour drive)to get a snow cone after seeing it on Instagram but the way they run their business is very unprofessional having people standing in line for over 3 hours in 100 degree weather is insane my first impression was the worst people was getting their order who was after me and I kept getting skipped till I had to say something I won’t be coming bk due unprofessional services it’s unacceptable of how you get folks money and can’t get ppl orders right after you’ve wrote it down they ask for your phone number and don’t even call you when your order is ready it’s not worth it I could have went to Bahama Bucks and waited 7 mins for a snow cone

Attention!!Please read before going!!I waited over a hour after ordering my snow cone! I don’t understand what took so long . After I noticed I had been sitting in my car over an hour after placing my order. I went to speak to a worker to see what was going on how much longer it would be for my order . just to be told I still had several orders ahead of me still ! I had already been waiting over a hour and 30 minutes after JUST placing my order in( not including the time I spend in a long line I stood in before ordering). I finally just gave up told the worker to give me a refund! I didn’t even want my snow cone at that point. I understand you guys were busy ,but the fact y’all were still taking orders taking people money knowing how Behind you guys were in orders is sad plain wrong ! just money hungry . You guys weren’t even putting orders out but still taking in new orders that isn’t how a business should be ran at all .
