Schlotzsky's

Don't go here. I got $28.45 worth of food at the drive thew And they decided to tip themselves $93.87 and wont give it back. That was 04/19/2024 at 11:04 am

I love Schlotzsky's the food is awesome. I think the service needs work and management could benefit from training. It's takes about 30 to 40 minutes after you place your oder to receive your food and that includes a small soup. They need to order utensils like spoons to eat the soup it's a little hard and I'm not that coordinated to drink my soup...Overall great food...Poor service

Waited a long time for my food and when I went to order the cashier was

Went last night less than one hour before closing and the service was so good I decided to go back today. Was not the same experience. Thank you night workers for giving me a sandwich that was better microwaved than the one I got from these people this afternoon.

Did not take my order at the drive thru speaker but took the next customer’s order. This is not my first bad experience with this one. Go to another Schlotzskys for your sandwich.
