Starbucks

I visit this Starbucks at McCart and Sycamore School Rd more often than I like to bc its right by my house. About every 4 visits, its a 5 star day; the days in between need Jesus (or insert your own deity). Today 's visit was close to good though. My frap was nice and tight but was tasteless and without whipped cream. My tall lavender latte was ok. It was a BOGO day so the staff mildly overwhelmed but not to their often deer in headlights degree.

This location is my favorite. The drinks are yummy drive thru is quick! Super friendly staff!!

Since when is it okay for employees to wear pajamas to work?? If an employee doesn't care enough to dress appropriately for work then why would they care about putting out a good product?

The order got mixed up; they used ice instead of oat milk. It seemed like I paid more for ice than the actual drink. Being at the drive-through, there was no option but to either drink it or discard it. It's a waste of both time and money. Consider saving money or trying another Starbucks location.
