Les Sentiers de l'Aubrac - Nasbinals

This more recent restaurant in Nasbinals was a disappointment. The name was well found, but the rstaurant dit not reflect this great spirit of the Aubrac . The food was okay. The service hasty and poor.

Nice place to try the local beef from the Aubrac region which is really excellent. Choice of several menus served by friendly staff/owners. Not particularly cheap but worth the money.

We were recommended by a local and were impressed. It wasn't until we came on here to do the rating that we noticed it was rated lower.......strange. We had a great meal, excellent wines, good service and there was nothing to fault. It is worth trying. We did notice some folks having the pelerin meal, which was very plain with a piece of beef and a dollop of aligot. We had a more complex meal and it was excellent.

Restaurant très agréable, par son cadre, son service et son très bon rapport qualité prix. C'est très copieux.
