Burger King - Nash

This is the worst burger king I have ever been to. They messed up my order when I went in, and when I tried to get it fixed through the drive-thru, they messed it up again. When I asked for a refund, the manager was rude and unhelpful.

Some of the staff at this restaurant are extremely impolite and disregard customers. It's hard to believe they are so busy that they don't feel the need to improve their service.

This is the worst Burger King experience I have ever had in my entire life. I placed 4 different orders and each one was incorrect.

Says they are open until 12 and I just went about 10 and they refused to serve me. very rude I could add. do not expect much from burger king, but friendliness should be at least one particular.

Went through the drive thru to place my order, I didn't go inside because I had dogs in the car, the lady came across the speaker and said something so fast I didn't understand. I told her I needed a minute. Few seconds pass she says I'm going to need you to come inside to order. I ask why, she gives no reasoning. I say I can't come inside, she just keeps saying I need to come inside, after pleading with her she just went silent. I go inside and ask to speak to the manager, and come to find out she was the person I spoke to in the drive thru. I kept calm and kept asking why I had to come inside. Finally she threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. Because she didn't want to do her job. She said her systems were down, but she was taking orders inside still? What the heck Burger King?!
