I highly recommend this place, was passing by otw to see family in a different state the kind people inside treated me with such kindness, I felt like I was part of a kind of family I ordered 6 rolls and a chicken sandwich and my wife got chicken strips the food was so fresh and delicious just can't get over the customer service I didn't get her name, but I she looked to be someone of importance. Thank you all golden chick for your time and hospitality

Needs more or a higher caliber of worker. Line is always long and service is extremely slow. Unfortunately I have walked out several times now due to the inhospitable atmosphere and the obvious deficiency in workers capabilities to move the customers. I hope they get it figured out because this place use to be awesome.

Every time I've tried to use the drive-through, I've sat still in line for over 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. And there's usually only one or two cars in line. When I go inside instead, it's still a long wait, even if I'm the first in line. I normally won't leave negative reviews, but I've tried to come back too many times to give it another shot.
