Feedback gevenStopped there and got a coffee the same way I get it every day,had of course a new trainee who took my order then was conflicted between my order and completing the order he had been working on.Got my order then left to get back to work when I got to my destination started drinking my coffee and found out they got the order wrong tried drinking it but I was very unsatisfied with the way it was prepared could not go back right away so I waited till my lunch break and brought the the remaining coffee back and told the clerk then the manager and was met with a attitude like I was wrong for wanting my coffee right.We pay prime price for their coffee I think a better customer appreciation is needed here and it starts with the manager we
This specific store is awful I have managed a Dunkin’ Donuts I understand mistakes get made but my order was horrible they made my cappuccino was made wrong they didn’t send out two bagels or my two donuts so I call them tel them they told me to contact door dash have them send out the whole original order they didn’t they sent over to the restraint two barbels and a cappuccino guess what cappuccino made wrong again and they sent one muffin no bagels no don ur s
