Calypso Cafe - Nashville

Spicy!!!. Yes, I do love spicy food. I had the bean dip w/ nachos and some type of bbq sauce. OMG! WoW! Given that is like the only thing I'm allowed to eat on the menu.. I'd totally go back and get it again! Veg friendly and i dig that.

Vegetarian Must. This cafe is great for vegetarians and vegans, particularly with items such as the boca burger and veggie pita. All ingredients are fresh and healthy. In addition, the cornbread muffins are a great treat. This is the perfect place to grab a quick lunch.

The first time to visit this place. Eating is always very good. I usually get the bun and two sides or the black bonsalat. All right.

Terrible experience. I have enjoyed the wonderful eating, friendly staff and welcoming environment of calypso. until today, when I tried the new calypso that opened on the charlotte avenue in nashville, tn. within 2 minutes down on my table, I noticed a lady standing about 5 feet away, a camera directed directly onto me and went on to make several photos with the bright flash. I was very surprised because she hadn't dressed me to ask permission. she continued to make photos of me and other people who eat her lunch for about 30 minutes, and not even she asked someone for permission. Oh, this Caribbean bbq sauce. her caribbean bbq sauce is so unique and tasty. especially on their taco salad! really good and good for them they can say that they eat with love is made. regardless of what they get please try the bbq sauce they will not be disappointed
