Feedback gevenOrdered from this location through DoorDash and didn't receive half of my order. I was reimbursed by DoorDash, however my qualm is with an organization who's sole responsibility is to ensure fulfillment that customers get the order they placed. I spoke with the manger on duty and in essence it was related that this is a franchise location and that adherence to corporate quality assurance policies weren't as stringent. I will be reaching out to the corporate office since having such a small goal to hit is so unachievable that meeting the expectations of customer's order isn't a concern for this location. I WILL NOT order from this location again.
The location in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, has been extremely unresponsive when it comes to answering the phone for catering pickup orders. I've tried calling multiple times for hours without any response. For a company that prides itself on customer service, they really fall short. This location certainly leaves much to be desired.
Was a mess tonight. Longest I’ve waited in the meal delivery area all for my drinks. Then I get home and they messed up the orders. So all around a bad experience. Order #4898022
What’s not to love about Chick-fil-A!!! Good food, great people and excellent customer service. Chick-Fil-A employees are some of the most amazing, kind, people you’ll ever meet at a fast food restaurant. I love this location, my food is always prepared as requested, hot and good.
This restaurant offers drive-thru and pickup only, but there are outdoor tables available if you'd like to eat on-site. My order was served quickly, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Chick-fil-A sauce!
