Carter helped us enjoy a delightful dinner, from squash gratin to pork chops to a perfect decadent dessert. A real treat, delicious and healthful start to finish and right in the heart of downtown Nashville. Highly recommend but do make a reservation. Fills up fast. We went out of our way on a road trip to dine, here. Jordan was our waiter, and was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the menu and professional and friendly. We came for one specific dish, but when they didn’t have the protein we had hoped for Jordan went out of his way to find a suitable substitute for the protein. At first I was skeptical because when I looked at the menu there were just so many different flavors in every dish. Even the bread (extra charge) came with two butter flavors. But everything worked. I didn’t have reservations and even at 5pm they wouldn’t seat me at the chef’s counter because of upcoming reservations. But the bar was great. I started with the Brussels sprouts and had the vegetarian entree which was delicious. It is definitely not light with all the cheese but it tasted great. Wines by the glass are affordable and service was fantastic.
