Falcon Coffee - Nashville

We are so glad we went to check out Falcon! Their coffee, empanadas, and sandwiches were absolute perfection. It’s going to be hard for us to not go back in just the few days we’re visiting Nashville. Free street parking available within short walking distance. Quick service. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Large outdoor seating area. Many tasty food options. We had the gyro, Cuban sandwich, and Buffalo “chicken” wrap. My husband was especially happy with the potato salad.

Best coffee, pastries and avocado toast in Nashville. Our family lives this place. We go each time we are in town.

I am so spoiled working right down the street from Falcon. It 's mildly problematic, actually. They 've got healthy options like the raw avocado toast, plus things like the Cuban sandwich, breakfast pastelito and chocolate chip cookie that make you ask Wait, how is this vegan? (Ah, those pastelitos are so flaky! I 've been working my way through the whole menu, which features a lot of Behive products in delicious, saucy sandwiches and wraps. The Gyro might be my favorite so far. The sides are also delicious, and the sweet baked goods are dangerous. The online order app is super handy for ordering and picking up a meal, but I don 't think they update all the little baked goods. If you wanna drop in for a coffee and a sweet, just go in and see what they have it 's always different! Falcon sits somewhere in the happy middle between the more health conscious vegan places like E Rose and the rich, indulgent veggie BBQ spots.
