Henley - Nashville

Our reservation clearly stated that we could opt for the non-refined menu on New Year's Eve, but upon arrival, we were informed that we had to select the $120 per person refined menu instead. We chose Henley specifically because we wanted the option to avoid the refined menu, so this was disappointing for us. Ultimately, we had to go elsewhere to celebrate New Year's Eve. It seems that the details of our reservation were not properly verified prior to our arrival on OpenTable.

As always, everything was astonishing! The crab bisque and focaccia were incredible appetizers—absolutely drool-worthy. Our drinks were fantastic, and the burger is a must-try. Our waiter, Christ, was exceptional! We will definitely be back.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional, with all the staff showing outstanding professionalism. The bar program is particularly impressive; the bartender uses high-quality ingredients and pays great attention to detail. He even took the time to explain the nuances of the cocktails he crafted for us, which were among the best we've tasted in Nashville. However, the menu could be improved, as it lacks options for those seeking produce-forward, healthy, non-spicy dishes, or meals that accommodate dietary restrictions. The ambiance is lovely, pleasant, and comfortable—just what you'd expect from a Kimpton hotel, which always features beautiful dining spaces.

Christmas buffet. Food was top notch as well as service. Value wise was overpriced. No seafood and only served ham and lamb. Could not eat enough for the cost of buffet to feel that you got your money’s worth.

Food was ok, service was good. Restaurant was freezing no heating so food was cold. Overall not the best Christmas dinner experience
