Jonathan's Grille - Nashville

As I drove up to this restaurant, I noticed it was packed with cars, so I assumed that busy meant it was a popular spot. I decided to try their burgers, but unfortunately they tasted like they came out of a freezer, similar to cheap onion rings. The burger had too much spice on it, which took away from the flavor. Although I initially thought this would be a cool place to hang out regularly, the food and ambiance didn't impress me enough to make me want to return. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review on Google.

Jonathan's Bar is a spacious restaurant with a friendly staff and numerous TVs. The establishment is well-kept and clean. However, the food quality is lacking, with not many standout options on the menu. I tried the Philly cheese steak, which was decent, but there were some chewy bits in the steak that affected my enjoyment of the dish. Overall, the dining experience was average. I give it 3 stars due to the higher prices for mediocre food. For better quality and more unique options at a similar or lower price, I would recommend looking elsewhere. However, Jonathan's Bar is a great spot to catch a sports game and enjoy some drinks, thanks to the attentive staff and abundance of televisions.

My favorite meal at Jonathan's is the blackened fish sandwich with sweet potatoes. The fries come at an additional charge of $1, but they pair perfectly with the fish. My guest ordered the chicken caprese sandwich, which was delicious. We really enjoyed the happy hour specials. My companion had two craft beers and I had a double pour of wine. Great food, great drinks, and a great time overall.

Love this place! pretty staff and good food. hometown feels outside the big city. many tvs see all games.

I come here frequently for lunch. Food and service is consistently solid. Good local spot to watch a game or get together with friends. I have tried about a dozen items from the menu and have enjoyed each one. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating, although lunch service for larger groups could be a bit quicker.
