Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant

TERRIBLE EVERYTHING. AWFUL. I have been there more than once, and it was never great but ok. However the most recent time we went was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a restaurant. We were sat and no one ever came to our table, I had to go get them, she got us the wrong appetizer, the food was awful and cold, everything took forever even though the restaurant was empty!!! The waitress was just terrible, I had to go find her several times. We almost got up and left and I wish we had! At the end of it our check was wrong and I never complain but when I did finally talk to the manager she didn't even care and did nothing about it. Okay. Nothing about Las Palmas stands out. Its close to work that why I go there but the food is average. Better palces around Nashville. I have never had a problem with service, the staff is always nice. Decently priced.

Best Mexican restaurant in town. we're here a couple of weeks ago. I had a mobility scooter. the waitress was very helpful to help me with the table. that was wonderful. in my sight. it is the best Mexican rest. they keep the big ones.

Great service and eating. that makes my new regular Mexican place.

Apathetic service. my staff and I go to las palmas near vandy. eating is cheap and it is close. Recently we went to the birthday of a coworker and had a very bad experience. first the service was good, but it started to get very slow. we only took it in the tight, as it was the lunch break. one of my coworkers ordered a fajita taco salat, which is grilled in the menu as our tasty chicken, rib eye or garnel with paprika and wobble, served in a crunchy flour tortilla dish, with hot melted cheese, salate, tomato, shredded cheese worker, gucamole and sour cream was presented to my team
