Mcdonald's - Nashville

I ordered from another location and my burger was RAW. I called this place and the manager was so sweet and made my order new

What a nice delicious frit to eat for me. Friendly workers expressing polite service and a salty crispy fry mmmmh good. I wonder when to visit next? *Hint Hint* verry soon;

I would give this place five stars if it weren’t for the excellent service I received last week, which I accidentally discarded, so I couldn't fill out the survey. I can’t remember the names exactly, and I might not spell them correctly, but the two ladies at the drive-thru, Raseka (or Resquha) and Shanelle, were the friendliest people I've ever encountered. We visit this McDonald's frequently, and usually, the staff is either rude or robotic in their tone. However, these two were genuinely friendly and engaged in conversation more than anyone else. Please give credit to these two!

The experience was decent; we received what we ordered. However, the restaurant operates like a chain, and it could be better managed. There was little to no emphasis on customer service or friendliness.

I was traveling on the road with a 1.5 year old and a 3.5 year old. The kids were hungry. Where else can you go and get a hamburger and chicken nugget kids meal. With apple slices and white and chocolate milk to drink, McDonald's is there for you.
