Mcdougal’s Chicken - Nashville

Matty recently discovered a fantastic wing place, and it’s absolutely amazing! They truly excel in chicken, with both their wings and chicken tenders being top-notch. It’s tough to pick my favorite sauce, but I’d have to go with the gold for a bit of spice. The honey and extra spicy sauces are also incredibly tasty. The atmosphere has a distinct southern trailer park vibe that complements the bold flavors perfectly. I recommend trying one of their acidic beers along with some good IPA options. A friend recommended this spot, and I’m certain we’ll be coming here often. My only minor complaint is that the ranch dressing could use a little more substance.

Absolutely loved it!!! We initially wanted to check out Hattie's Hot Chicken, but after seeing the long line out the door, we decided to give McDougal's a try instead, and we were definitely not disappointed! The chicken was incredibly flavorful, and all the sauces were spot on. The honey and gold sauce were simply addictive. Even the fries were fantastic, which is unusual for us since we usually don’t pay much attention to fries. The grilled chicken salad was surprisingly excellent—despite the basic ingredients of mixed greens, mandarin oranges, red onion, and cheese, everything worked together brilliantly. The ranch dressing tasted homemade and was so good you’d want to lick the container clean. The beer selection was the only average aspect of the place. A few design tweaks could take McDougal to the next level. Prices were very reasonable too. I’d highly recommend it!

This is one of my favorite spots in town, and it has been for years. The chicken is always fresh, the sauces are fantastic, and the Texas Toast is a great touch. I usually head to the 21st Avenue location, but I prefer the White Bridge spot because it’s less crowded and there are no issues with parking. They serve the best chicken sandwiches in town! My partner really loves this place. While it’s not exactly diet-friendly, so we don’t go often, I know he truly enjoys it, so we make it a point to visit when we can. The food is great, and their ranch dressing is amazing with the chicken. Plus, they offer free ice when you're finished!

Hot fresh and fast!! Amazingly, my niece's favorite place is for lunch because they not only have great offers, but they have the claw machine of Toy Story!!

As a rule I normally don't eat this kind of food! Just my preference! My son wanted 2 come here I'm Really Glad he did! I Loved It!! The Chicken was Nice Crispy, Juicy Very Tasty! The Fries were really Good also! They were playing music I grew up on, which was a great change from what everyone else plays in their restaurants! They cook everything as soon as you order, so it did take awhile before we got our food because the place was Packed! Stayed packed the whole time we were there! Definitely recommend this place to Everyone! You won't be disappointed!
