Panera Bread - Nashville

I visit this Panera almost every morning (Mon-Fri). I love it! Everybody's so nice and I love people calling me when I get in. I often come to crank because I'm sleepy, but the visit of this Panera helps me wake up and get me in a better mood before I go to work. I visit another Panera on weekends and the service is not so good and my order is often wrong. Never at West End.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite spots for lunch; I always dine there when I'm at the West End.

I put an order in Panera online because I should eat with my teenage daughter at school. At first I was confused about construction and traffic and came to Panera. When I finally made it to the right panera, I was very late and almost in tears. I asked for my order and was told that they didn't have an order for me that basically caused a crash. When I realized my stress, one of the employees spoke to a manager. The manager assured me that my day would improve. He told me he'd get me out in three minutes. He asked what I wanted, personally finished my order and had ready to go. He told me he was hoping my day was better. I then tried to pay, and I was told there was no fee! Unbelievable customer service! She saved my day and I can't thank them enough!

The food was excellent, but the service left a lot to be desired. The woman who took our order seemed disinterested and acted as if she would rather be anywhere else. She wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu and didn’t make an effort to find the answers to our questions. I ordered the "pick two" option with potato soup and the turkey bacon Bravo sandwich. The soup was delicious and hearty, filled with plenty of potatoes, while the sandwich was exceptionally fresh. If they could enhance their service, it would be a fantastic experience overall.
