Starbucks - Nashville

I have to give this restaurant 5 stars. The staff works hard and is always friendly. I have been coming to this Starbucks for years, and even during the challenges of COVID, they have struggled with supply chain issues and personnel shortages. Sometimes they don't have everything in stock and can be understaffed, but I have never had a bad experience there. They have a loyal customer in me.

I find the staff at this restaurant to be phenomenal despite being short-staffed. There was a brief wait for my drink, but I understood they were also fulfilling many orders for in-store and mobile customers. The staff were friendly and my latte was made perfectly.

Starbucks located in The Gulch area offers limited street parking but spacious seating inside. The staff is friendly and there is a variety of food options available, including a cold food case, bakery items, and sandwiches. Additionally, this location sells coffee mugs, travel mugs, and other Nashville-themed Starbucks gifts. It is important to note that this is a licensed business, not a corporate Starbucks, so they may not always honor free rewards and do not offer mobile ordering or pickup. Despite these limitations, the overall experience is similar, including the ability to pay with the Starbucks app and earn gold card premiums. However, one star is deducted for these drawbacks.
