Feedback gevenI ordered online on 04/05/2024 with an estimated time of 2:05 PM with the order being ready. When I arrived, the door to the building was locked. I stood there for ten to fifteen minutes attempting to call the store and seeing other patrons try to open the locked door. I banged on the door in case the door was accidentally locked. After standing there for a significant time, I had to leave for my scheduled activity. I tried to get a refund on the app and tried to call the store to no avail. Please refund my total order of $9.50. I do NOT want store credit or coupons as I don't plan on returning to Subway again.Additionally, this store is chronically understaffed and always has the heat extremely high. I've attempted to give it multiple opportunities as it's so close to my house. I've decided to part ways.
Online said they closed at 6. It’s 449. When I walked to the door she said she closed at 5. She had 1 customer inside.
Dead bugs in my drink from dirty ice machine, manager didn’t care. And left it dirty!
Black female Employee with dreds was rude with her tone, didn't ask if I wanted anything on my sandwhich, she acted as if she was bothered by me being there.Proceeded to smile and greet a driver that came in to pick up a online order, but didn't give me the same treatment.
This location has a closing time of 9pm listed. I've come at 8 and they have the doors locked. When asked what time is closing noone can answer.
