The restaurant has really awesome barbecue here in this town where I live and the brisket is really good as well and this restaurant makes gordon ramsay like a wimp at cooking.

Ribbs was tuff like they was old ben in the steamer for a day or two !the chopped pork needed seasoning but was decent .sliced brisket well dry no seasoning her hot sauce pretty good but I'm not one for drowning smoked meat in sauce .
