Wendy's - Nashville

The food was delicious. The woman at the window was not friendly. I didn't receive a receipt. I thanked her and she complimented me.

I had to drive quite a distance to find a Wendy's with a working Frosty machine. It's frustrating that a restaurant known for their Frostys can't seem to keep their machines in order. I recommend trying the new Strawberry Frosty!

My experience at this restaurant was unpleasant. I arrived with optimism, excited to enjoy a burger and fries after a long day. However, I was met with a lackluster atmosphere and poor customer service. My change was handed to me through a window without any acknowledgment. I felt unwelcome and like I might snap if I said something. I left feeling disappointed, realizing that my optimism had been exchanged for a mediocre meal. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant, as the overall experience overshadowed the taste of the food.

The hired were great, but that was the dirty wendys I've ever had. the bathrooms were terrible and there were holes in the walls. the carpet in the dining area had eaten on it and just looked old and terrible.

Gonna be honest. They were not super friendly but my food was fast and fresh.
