Feedback gevenShadana (i believe was her name, I have terrible memory don’t judge) was our cashier was so welcoming helpful! She was prompt made sure our order was well taken care of! Also very sweet!I’m not sure who was cheffin it up in the back but my pizza was BUSSIN. I used to work here when I was 14/15 I must say, they do an amazing job at upkeeping the name Newks. Highest quality food, highest quality of a team that obviously works well together, at least from my point of view. It was very clean from the door, to the booths, the bathroom. Giving a big thanks to the team as y’all never disappoint. Glad to see some of the same faces new faces. Love y’all the food again is freakin amazing. Will be back again again.
I had friend to ask me to go to lunch here but for my first time the customer service here is horrible you don’t get what you order and then have a bad attitude when trying to make it correct then asked for silver ware and she told me they ran out the time is 11:55am a total 13 customers so how are you out of silverware.
They have this GIANT pothole in the middle of the entrance that screwed my alignment up. Didn’t even want to get food after that so I just left.
I just got into Nashville last night and am staying across the street. Gabriel was the one whom helped me today. This man has the best customer service, GREAT attitude, helpful, knowledgeable about menu items. And when the cheese was missing on my salad, he personally brought me some cheese. This man is truly what I love to see in the customer service industry, an industry I have worked in a LOT before such a rarity these days! He definitely deserves a raise and promotion.
They forget stuff give wrong drinks on Uber eats won't refund it. Don't do it.
