Ruth's Chris Steak House

Ordered an 11oz filet and ribeye as well, steaks were ordered medium rare and came out well done. They were sent back and came back with no flavor, and were just as done. For a meal that expensive the steak should be superb. This meal was a sheer disappointment!

Manager Clint and the hostess took the time and helped me, no complaints.

My reservation was set for 5pm, I arrived around 4:30pm. Even though I was early the staff accommodated me. My original table was near the main entrance and I asked to move to another table and they fulfilled my request with no problem. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My server Alyssa was delightful. She recommended certain menu items, my food was delicious and service was impeccable. I definitely recommend Ruth Chris on West End/ Nashville.

Our first visit to Ruth's Chris in Nashville was for Mother's Day, 2024. It lived up to it's reputation. Our cocktails were served quickly and tasted great, the service was perfect, attentive but not overly so. Our steaks were done to perfection with all the sides and condiments requested. We look forward to returning.

Over all, the food was simply not worth the price. We both had the 11oz fillet and shrimp. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, the steaks were undercooked, tasteless and mine was full of gristle. I'd say 1/3 of mine was inedible. The garlic mashed potatoes were ok, but nothing to write home about. The Cesar salads were excellent as was the goat cheese artichoke dip. Our server was great. For 250.00 for two people, I could have made a much better meal at home.
